Digital Campaign for Timely Investment Fraud Case

ChapmanAlbin is a Cleveland-based law firm dedicated to helping investors around the globe recover losses caused by investment professional misconduct. When news broke about a popular trading app restricting the trading of certain securities, ChapmanAlbin decided to pursue a class action lawsuit.

When news of the Robinhood debacle broke, we immediately posted about the possibility of a lawsuit on Reddit and drove thousands of users to a dedicated landing page on the ChapmanAlbin website that answered FAQs about the potential case and provided a form investors could use to submit their information. When users completed the form, a survey was automatically sent to them to help determine whether or not they were likely to be able to take legal action.

Since this was a high profile case with various media mentions, Rosenberg added a pop-up to the ChapmanAlbin website, directing users who landed on any page to the correct information.

By acting quickly, ChapmanAlbin was one of the first law firms to capitalize on the Robinhood situation and on the day the news broke, the website had over 60,000 hits and more than 8,000 form submissions.
