A warm, trustworthy brand for a home healthcare business

Hummingbird Home Care grew from a family’s desire to offer dignified, compassionate home healthcare options. They had many years of experience operating in the home healthcare sphere, so when they decided to launch on their own in Cleveland, they knew they needed a strong brand to build upon.

The name “Hummingbird Home Care” was chosen for the symbolism of the hard-working hummingbird, which is seen as a healer and bringer of love, joy, and luck around the world.

We built upon this symbolism and the general concept of a bird with the tagline, “Placing Your Loved Ones Under Our Wing.” The cheerful yet calming color palette of grass green, magenta, and deep purple was applied across all of Hummingbird Home Care’s identity materials and their website, helping to provide a consistent, trustworthy feeling to the brand.
