Brand Messaging

Serenio is an easy-to-use device designed for use indoors where people gather to provide protection and peace of mind by neutralizing COVID-19 and other viruses in the air and on surfaces. It can be used in classrooms, healthcare facilities, office buildings, retail stores, gyms, restaurants, and more.

We began the process by learning about their business, their product, their desired audience segments, sales history, future goals, and more. We created a brand “script” to be used as a guide when writing website copy, print pieces, and anything else that requires messaging. The brand script allowed us to stay on track with pre-determined messaging points, and to explain Serenio and its benefits in consistent consumer-friendly language.

The updated brand messaging was implemented across channels, including digital and print, and communicates the science behind the technology, including how it works, its effectiveness, and safety.
