$500 Giveaway to Increase Social Media Engagement and Give Back to Customers

Discount Drug Mart, a family-owned chain of drug stores with over 75 locations in Ohio, wanted to grow their social media engagement while giving back to their loyal customers.

We worked with Discount Drug Mart to run a $500 gift card giveaway on Facebook. In order to enter, individuals had to like the post, follow the Discount Drug Mart page, and could tag others in the comments section for extra entries.

The number of followers gained during the giveaway was up 207% vs. the previous period. This drove an overall follower increase of 6%.
