Feldmar Watch Company is one of the largest luxury watch retailers in North America with locations in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, California. Founded in 1913 and still owned by the same family, the company has a proud history as an authorized retailer for over 50 luxury brands.
When we met in 2005, Feldmar Watch Company was a successful, family-owned, 90-year old business being run by the fourth generation, with a strong reputation but very minimal marketing materials and efforts.
We proposed a solution that would offer Feldmar a robust plan and better utilize co-op funding from the manufacturers whose products were being sold in the stores. The first several years, we produced high-end magalogs which were mailed to current customers and prospects as well as distributed in-store. By year five of our relationship, we were able to dramatically increase and diversify the marketing efforts.
Each year has seen more success than the last, allowing us to continue to grow the plan beyond the magalog, adding digital, print, outdoor, and more. Today, more than a decade into our relationship, the marketing allocation has grown to substantially more then what it was when we began and Feldmar’s status as a top watch retailer in North America is constantly re-affirmed.
